We were asked to help The Vedic Collection determine the best way to target it’s core customers and deploy its marketing resources more effectively. We developed a comprehensive consumer segmentation study that identified two key segments whose buying and influence patterns could bring The Vedic Collection’s market to high-end consumer segment.
We simplified the brand architecture to communicate the benefits of the brand, resulting in a creative solution that positioned high-end cosmetics. The the brand and the customer were clearly understood by employees and they both were promoted throughout the organization. A new strategy was developed to target the right consumer for the brand. |
